  A fluffy pan omelet, oven baked with fresh eggs, chorizo, onions, green chilies and chopped tomatoes topped with guacamole and Monterrey Jack cheese.  Served with a side of refried beans, fried potatoes and a tortilla.
   

• Country Fried Steak and Eggs:
  Country fried steak topped with cream gravy and served with two eggs any style and fried potatoes plus your choice of bread.
   

• Deep Fried French Toast:
  Texas Toast dipped in a batter of eggs, buttermilk and brown sugar, deep fried and served with maple syrup.  Dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.  Comes with your choice of meat.
   

• The Bar Eggs Florentine:
  Two English muffins topped with fried spinach, sliced tomatoes, two poached eggs, Swiss cheese and hollandaise sauce with a dusting of paprika.  Served with a side of fried potatoes.
   

• Smothered Breakfast Burrito:
  Scrambled eggs wrapped in a large flour tortilla served with your choice of ingredients and smothered in our homemade green chilie sauce.  Served with a side of fried potatoes and refried beans.  Choose from onions, jalapenos, frijoles, tomatoes, mixed cheeses, fried spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, ham, sausage, chorizo or bacon.
   

• The Bar Eggs Benedict:
  Toasted English muffins topped with grilled ham, two poached eggs, fresh hollandaise sauce and topped with bacon crumbles.  Served with a side of fried potatoes.

  Three soft flour tortillas stuffed with scrambled eggs, grilled onions and bell peppers along with your choice of meat and topped with melted cheeses.  Served with fried potatoes, refried beans and our homemade zesty salsa.
   

• Desayuno Carne de Cerdo (Meat of the Pig Breakfast):
  Two thin cut grilled pork chops yopped with our homemade green chilie sauce, melted cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses.  Served with two eggs any style, fried potatoes, refried beans and your choice of bread.
   

• Enchiladas and Eggs:
  Three enchiladas stuffed with onions, green chilies, Monterrey Jack and cheddar cheeses.  Topped with green sauce, more cheese and two fried eggs.  Served with fried potatoes, refried beans and your choice of meat and bread.
